OT: Confused about genuine ATI Radeon cards vs. third-party cards
I never had this problem with the ATI Radeon 8500LE in my previous PC. Are Medion PCs known for duff PSUs? If your into modding you could try and build some kind of faraday cage to go around the graphics card, not for the inexperienced though. As for the power supply almost all pre built ones are pretty cheap.
